Florida native Austin Holmes has been serving clients in the South and Downtown Tampa area for over 5 years. Austin’s roots in the area are strong, the Holmes family has been in Tampa for four generations now. Austin’s family has been major advocates of the Tampa Bay area, so it was only natural that he began serving the real estate industry here as well.

Austin graduated from the University of Tampa, where he studied business and entrepreneurship. His knowledge of business and economics allows him to look at the industry with a unique and successful perspective. This background helps him add value to his client’s experiences.

Austin is a certified luxury home marketing specialist at the Million Dollar Guild CLHMs designee level. This award requires a documented performance including at least two single-family properties closing at $1,000,000 or above.

When he’s not researching the industry or connecting with clients, Austin loves to take part in the exciting activities that the Florida climate provides. These activities include tennis, swimming, golfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and boating, anything that gets you out on the water. Austin also enjoys being active, whether it’s going to the gym or for a run. His hometown location provides him access to some of the best shops, restaurants, and beaches, that Austin is always looking to explore. As a 4th generation Tampa native, Austin is surrounded by family members who enjoy exploring the area as well.
